VIMA was founded by Dennis Brum, managing shareholder and certified property manager under § 26a WEG (IHK).
Degree in economics, 14 years in digitalisation and software projects for corporations and banks, alongside building and managing his own properties in the Rhine-Main region.
VIMA is not a consulting construct. It is the property management we were looking for ourselves and could not find.
